FEATURED: MAN, I LOVE FILMS: CLASSIC REVIEWS
I appreciate a well written review, and if it’s about a classic film then it’s all the better. So, if I can promote other sites similar in interest to mine I am only too happy to do so. And now I will. I’ve just discovered the site, ManILoveFilms.com due to a recent twitter follower. In fact, I always check out the people who follow this website’s handle (@classicfilms) in case the follower has a site I can recommend. And this time I think I’ve really made a great discovery. Not only does MILF (clever, huh?) have a slick design, and covers the up-to-date releases, but it has a section devoted to the films of yesteryear favored by contributing writer, Simon Columb. Interestingly, I love each and every one of Columb’s choices, and yet none of them have yet to appear in a Blog for ClassicFilmSchoool.com. My point is that MILF offers a whole new list of films for you to read about and appreciate. What I like is that Columb’s writing is far more analytical than mine without being too much to take in. I admire his ability to hold a critical eye while keeping the reader interested. I plan to visit MILF often to see Columb’s latest selections, knowing that we’re bound to cross over eventually. Should be interesting to compare how we each expound on a classic we love.
Rocky - a ManILoveFilms.com classic not on my list... yet.
